Founders & Head of School



David Amstutz: Head of School
David Amstutz received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Chemistry from Miami University (Ohio) and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from IU. He completed his MBA at Yale School of Management. Over the years, David served in several management roles at Cummins, and worked in Admissions at Culver Academies. David served as Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Park Tudor School, where he was promoted first to Assistant Head and then to Associate Head of School and finally he joined St. Richard’s Episcopal School as Head of School.
Dr James Fadely: Co-Founder
Jim Fadely received his B.A. in history at Hanover College and his M.A. and Ph.D. at IU Bloomington. He has taught U.S., European, Latin American, and African American history at the middle school, high school, and college levels. He has served as Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, Director of Marketing and PR, and assistant to the Head of School in several prep schools. Jim is the former Director of College Counseling at Brebeuf Jesuit Prep School in Indianapolis. Previously he founded the college counseling program at University High School and served as the Director of College Counseling there for fifteen years.
Jock Fortune: Co-Founder
Russell “Jock” Fortune III is a member of a fourth-generation Indianapolis family. His great-grandfather William Fortune was a prominent businessman and civic leader in the city. Jock is an alumnus of Park School and Butler University. He married his wife Penny Browning Fortune in January 1966 and worked for several years in real estate. He was a member of the founding group of the Penrod Society, supporting arts and cultural organizations in Indianapolis, for which he received a Sagamore of the Wabash Award from the governor. He has served on the board of directors of Butler University, the Indiana Historical Society, and Woodstock Club. Jock and his late wife Penny established the Russell and Penny Fortune Foundation, Inc., which supports educational initiatives in the Greater Indianapolis area.

Erica Mobasser: Director of Admission
Erica received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. She worked as the assistant to the Director of Admissions at Episcopal Day School in Augusta, GA and earned her Master of Education with a degree in Counseling and Guidance from Augusta State University. Erica recently acquired her Mental Health Associate license from the State of Indiana.
Kathleen MacGregor: Lead Kindergarten Teacher
Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University. She has over 35 years of teaching experience in the pre-Kindergarten and kindergarten levels from various schools including St. Mark Catholic School and St. Richard’s Episcopal School.
Brittany Stonecipher: Teacher Assistant/P.E. Teacher/Receptionist
Brittany has an undergraduate degree in Early Education, and has completed the Hillsdale Literacy training. She has held assistant and head coaching positions for university-level volleyball. Most recently she served as Youth Pastor and Event Coordinator at Cedars Activity Center.


Claudia Nole: Spanish Teacher
Claudia Received her degree in Spanish from Bellarmine University. She Taught Spanish at The Sycamore School for 9 years and then Served as Department Chair and Spanish teacher at Park Tudor School for 30 years.
Meghan Farris: Music Teacher
Meghan is a professional musician and owner of Farris Wheel Music Studio and Store in Lebanon, IN. She earned her degree in Piano and also studied voice at the University of Indianapolis. Currently she serves as Music Director at First Baptist Church in Lebanon.
