David Amstutz
Head of School
David holds degrees in History and Chemistry from Miami University, a Master’s in Education from Indiana University, and an MBA from Yale. With prior leadership roles at Park Tudor and St. Richard’s Episcopal School, David brings a deep understanding of independent school operations and student development.
Dr. James Fadely
Co-Founder
Jim is a lifelong educator and historian, having taught at every level from middle school to college. He holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University and has led admissions, college counseling, and marketing at leading preparatory schools across Indiana.
Jock Fortune
Co-Founder
A fourth-generation Indianapolis native, Jock Fortune has long supported education and the arts in Indiana. Through the Russell and Penny Fortune Foundation, he continues to champion efforts that enrich local communities and promote civic leadership.

Erica Mobasser
Director of Admission
With degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Augusta State University, Erica brings experience in admissions and counseling. She is also a licensed mental health associate in Indiana.
Kathleen MacGregor
Lead Kindergarten Teacher
Kathleen brings over 35 years of early childhood teaching experience and a degree from Purdue University. Her nurturing presence and deep classroom knowledge set the foundation for our youngest learners.
Brittany Stonecipher
Teacher Assistant / P.E. Teacher / Receptionist
Brittany studied Early Education and completed Hillsdale Literacy training. She brings youth mentorship experience and energy from her background in coaching and event coordination.
Claudia Nole
Spanish Teacher
Claudia holds a degree in Spanish from Bellarmine University and spent over three decades teaching Spanish at Park Tudor and The Sycamore School.
Meghan Farris
Music Teacher
A professional musician and business owner, Meghan studied piano and voice at the University of Indianapolis and serves as Music Director at First Baptist Church in Lebanon.
